Therefore, a special process was developed and patented to extract ginseng at low temperatures, which preserves the essential, vital elements of the root. (Conventional processing often boils the roots, destroying many of the elements) Also, at IL HWA only fresh, whole, 6-year old (fully mature) roots are used exclusively.
